VIP Turkish Barbers
A barber shop built on repeat, walk-in trade needed a website that reads as established the moment it loads.

Overview
VIP Turkish Barbers is a barber shop serving walk-in and repeat customers. The site sets expectations before someone opens the door — what's on offer, what it costs and when the shop is open.
The challenge
Walk-in trade lives on trust, not booking flows. The site had to communicate quality and reliability quickly, without leaning on generic stock imagery or overwritten copy.
The approach
The layout leads with services and hours rather than marketing language, and photography carries the tone of the shop. A self-serve admin panel sits behind it: the owner edits a service's name, price, duration and description, or replaces any gallery photo and its label, without needing a developer. Analytics and session tracking were added after launch to see how visitors actually move through the site and where attention drops off.
The solution
A clean, service-led website with a clear price list, prominent hours and location, a straightforward way to get in touch, and an admin panel that keeps pricing and photos current without a support request — plus ongoing tracking to inform small, evidence-based improvements.
