ERX Motors, a working garage in Romania, runs on software I built: online booking, digital inspections with photos, and customers approving the work from their phone. Vangh Garage is that same system in English, set up for UK independent garages.

The ERX Motors Build

    01They book a free hourYour own booking page, open all day. Customers pick a day and a free hour, and taken hours are greyed out so nothing is double-booked.
  2. The check-up on a job: two photos, front brake pads marked urgent, air filter marked recommended

How I approach every project.

    Map the workflow

    I map how the work gets done in practice, not how the manual describes it. That is where the real process lives.

  2. 02

    Find the constraint

    The real problem is usually smaller than it first appears. I find the exact point where the work slows down or stalls.

  3. 03

    Build the answer

    I build something that solves that one constraint, without extra features that only add more to maintain.

  4. 04

    Make sure it works

    Real use is different from a test run. I check that it still works weeks later, with real data and no one watching over it.
