Overview
Flowcore Dashboard is an internal tool that brings every active project together in one view — status, key details and what needs attention next — instead of that information being scattered across notes, chats and separate project folders.
The challenge
Context-switching between several client projects makes it easy to lose track of small but important details, and rebuilding that context from scratch each time is time genuinely wasted.
The approach
Rather than a generic task manager, the dashboard was built around how the work actually gets tracked project by project, so opening it answers "where does everything stand" at a glance.
The solution
A private, internal dashboard used to keep every current project organised. It holds live client details, so it's kept off public access by design.
